Lavender Sugar
Sugar infused with our own organically grown lavender. When making plain biscuits try a simple lavender flavoured glaze and sprinkle a little lavender sugar on each one before baking. Absolutely wonderful! Can also be used to sweeten summer drinks and homemade lemonade 150g £1.50 (not currently available)
Lavender for cooking
Our organically grown lavender, can be used for many savoury as well as sweet recipes. Lavender and lamb is a traditional Moroccan dish. But my favourite is Lavender Chocolate Tart – irresistible!
